The property is modern, it has incredibly nice staff on shift. Unbeatable location, it is walk from a bus stop.

The hotel was in a particularly good location so close to safe area, the metro which is on the yellow line and was very easy to move around, and a delicious bakery. Besides, a private museum was within a 25-min walk - very convenient. Stayed in tastefully decorated and decent size guest room with big bathroom. Central heating, an electronic key card, and television were a very nice touch.

Make sure you stay in the triple room with big bathroom, a double bed, as example. The location is magnificent, the breakfast is marvellous and savoury. Thank you, I would love to come back here some time, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

It is a modern property located in 12th arr. District close to Paris during the massive national strike, subway line 1 and metro, which was on a really good central line. It has fairly friendly employees on shift.

Guest room with comfortable beds, the bathroom, air conditioning. Very large building, particularly good location next to USB ports in headboards on beds x, and St Mande. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Paris Zoological Park.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, so close to Paris attractions and a metro as well as a boulangerie, supermarket and a fruit store and easily accessible.

Came with my family, everything was very easy. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, it was so close to restaurants and bars, and nearest metro.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area with plenty of shops, cafes, and bakeries nearby. It's also conveniently located near the electric metro line, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The guest kitchen is a great advantage, allowing guests to prepare their own meals if they prefer. the comfortable beds and great breakfast provided a pleasant stay.

The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm during the night.

The hotel is fairly clean and the staff are fairly friendly and amazingly nice. Decent size rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The positives include good location and parking nearby. Think that this modern and quiet venue is beyond compare, loved it;)))
